Our attorneys regularly appear in state and federal trial courts throughout Virginia, representing clients across our practice areas. Our firm handles litigation in the United States Bankruptcy Courts, including adversary proceedings.
In addition to trial-level work, our attorneys have significant experience handling appeals at all levels of the state and federal systems. Mr. Walters argues regularly before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and was the director of the University of Virginia School of Law Appellate Litigation Clinic for eighteen years.
