Henry C. Young
Meet Henry
Henry, a Charlottesville native, joined the firm in 2017. He represents individuals and businesses in commercial and residential leasing, commercial real estate transactions, and real estate litigation. While in law school, Henry clerked for Judge Susan Whitlock in the Culpeper and Fluvanna Circuit Courts, and for Judge Richard Moore in the Charlottesville Circuit Court. After law school, Henry was awarded a Kennedy Fellowship and spent a year at the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville where his practice included representing low-income clients in landlord-tenant disputes and protecting the civil rights of prisoners.
