Meet Giselle

Giselle focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and corporate law. Before joining Scott Kroner, Giselle practiced at an AM100 law firm, where she gained extensive experience working on multi-million-dollar transactions, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, and securitization. A graduate of William & Mary Law School, Giselle worked diligently as a legal fellow while externing for a federal magistrate and serving as an editor on the Law Review. Giselle’s comprehensive background has equipped her with the skills to provide strategic counsel across a broad range of legal matters.
