Wesley L. Martin
Mr. Martin focuses on real estate transactions and estate planning, as well as business entity formation and corporate transactions. His clients include residential and commercial real estate builders and developers, real estate investors, small businesses and individuals.
A former active duty JAG Officer with the United States Navy, Mr. Martin specializes in several areas of military law, to include criminal matters under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, administrative matters governed by the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Manual (JAGMAN) and Military Personnel Manual (MILPERSMAN), ethics regulations and jurisdiction changes for federal installations. Mr. Martin served for over five years as a U.S. Navy prosecutor and Staff Judge Advocate/General Counsel to a Navy installation, and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Washington and Southern District of Mississippi. He continues to serve as an attorney in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
