W. Stephen Scott 

Mr. Scott’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditors rights. He represents creditors and debtors in all types of bankruptcy cases, with emphasis on Chapter 11 business reorganization, re-structuring and liquidation/termination of businesses outside of bankruptcy. 

Mr. Scott has over 30 years of extensive experience as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee.  He is experienced in asset protection for debtors and asset recovery for creditors, as well as transactional work for clients including structuring of commercial lending deals, general representation and formation of small business entities, and acquisitions and sales of businesses and business assets of all kinds.
