Corban A. Klug
Mr. Klug practices in the areas of business litigation and commercial transactions, as well as real estate transactions and estate planning. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Virginia.
Prior to joining Scott | Kroner PLC, Mr. Klug clerked for the Honorable B. Waugh Crigler at the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, Charlottesville Division. Mr. Klug formerly worked as a legal intern and legal fellow for the Rutherford Institute, Charlottesville, Virginia, assisting the Institute with their work in First Amendment litigation and public education law.
